MINDFULNESS DANCE

On a daily basis we engage and move our bodies - in many ways we dance through our days. But at what point does our natural sense of movement become dance and is there a delineation between the two?

Building from years of choreographic experience, Terence has developed a system of movement exploration where no prior dance experience is necessary. Instead, through a series of guided explorations participants learn to calm the mind and tune into the expressive tendencies already inherent in the body to discover a natural sense of flow and expression of creative self.
